Have you never worked with a detective and would you like to know what to expect and how it all works? In this 3-part series, we would like to give you a little insight into our work and how working with us could look like. In this part you will find out in which subject areas a PRIMECHECK business detective is active and how you can commission us.
What does a business detective help with?
A business detective will help you in all areas where you need discrete and reliable information for your business. This can be, for example, the uncovering of criminal acts, such as regular thefts. If there are regular thefts in your company, it is very likely that the perpetrators already know your company well. Thus, cleaning staff, suppliers, but also your employees are initially in the narrower circle of suspects. The detective agency will first begin to discreetly guard the location of the thefts. It is extremely important that the building does not look guarded so as not to deter potential perpetrators at an early stage. Thieves can thus be convicted red-handed.
Another typical area of application is investigating working hours and sick leave fraud in your company. For example, do you have field staff and you have doubts about whether they keep their working hours? Or an employee is constantly sick and you are afraid that he or she will be engaged in an unauthorized sideline activity that may even damage your company by poaching customers? We smuggle in a detective as a new employee or intern and thus create a close connection to colleagues. In this way, the detective can quickly find out facts that a superior would never find out.
Also in counterintelligence, a detective with the most modern technology is able to detect bugs, listening devices and to expose spies and prevent future corporate espionage. So you can be sure that your trade secrets stay within the company.
These are just a few examples of our work in the business environment. It is also possible, for example, to monitor a property or business that you are considering buying over a period of time and find out if that too acquiring business is really going as well as the seller reports.
In principle, we can help you in almost all subject areas. Simply contact us by phone or contact form and we will be happy to advise you personally, without obligation and free of charge on your situation.
