Can detectives also work abroad? We, the PRIMECHECK detective agency, work for our clients all over the world.
Our clients’ motivations for investigations abroad can include child returns, research into the whereabouts of missing people or investigations into suspected marital or partner infidelity.
When planning investigations abroad, various things must be taken into account. In some countries, private investigators are either not allowed to work at all or only to a very limited extent. These include, for example, China, Saudi Arabia or Russia (limited). Our investigators also always keep an eye on the applicable law in the country in which the investigation is carried out so that there are no unpleasant surprises during the operation and to always provide our clients with evidence that can be used in court.
Because of the differences to Germany, assignments abroad are often a big challenge for detectives. They therefore require much more extensive preparation and planning than an investigation in Germany. Because of the special features, we often work with local lawyers or rely on our broad network within the detective associations.
